The products must be produced in the industry advantage area to get a competitive price and quality. We are skillful to manage the production in different area to fetch the most competition position in the market. We offer you our selling price and take the risks and responsibility as a supplier should take.
  • XIAMEN GREEN as an agent for sourcing in China - we know well the industry advantage area in China, we know where to buy and what kind of price level to buy to get a fair quality but with the best buying price. We know how to bargain with the producer and how to control the quality level during early production stage to ensure a fair quality level. If you want to develop new designs and new products we know where is the best producing area to develop your products. We will be your local advisor and consulter for your sourcing in China; we will be your quality controller when your order is processing, we will be your forwarder to combine your different orders from different area in China into one container and ship out directly from the most convenient port in China to your warehouse. For this kind of job, we will sign an agreement with you as a sourcing agent in China with some fix percentage commission in one period.

  • We design our products every season according market fashion trend, make it suitable for direct sales in the front of shop with gift box and in a display rack. All new design is prepared in a well designed catalogue and send to our customers.
  • With frequently communication with our customers, we can develop products suitable to our customers' market, and together we can create the perfect product solution which feeds our customer needs and interests
  • Every season, we visit different factories within home decoration industry. Gathering their latest design and present them to our customer with a good format. Of course with a price reference by our pre-evaluation.

• About price
  • Price is our most concern part within our service. Our job is to offer our customer the best price under a certain quality level. We set up a special department which investigate current market price level and looking for all chance to get the best price information for different products or material.
  • We bind a common interests agreement with different producing factories that guarantee the price we offered will not higher than other factory who can supply under a reasonable condition. Such agreement binds the interests between our company and the producing factory together towards the same direction by dividing a clear operation line for each company - our company take charge of developing new products and digging out sales chance, the producing factory focus on production management to make sure a reliable quality level.
  • Transparency of the price is a key if you bind a sourcing agreement with us. You will be reported all the price details from different producing factory to make sure that every cent is reasonable.
  • Comparing Europe buying agent or sourcing company or trading company who always announce that they have sub branch in China which can supply the best price to you. We are more competitive since we do not need to support a group of heavy salary staffs under European standard. We can offer cheap but high quality service. Ask yourself, when you use a person from China and a person from Europe to work for you, how much you feel you have to pay to satisfy them?

• About exclusivity
  • By buying the items designed and developed by XIAMEN GREEN on container amount, the customers will get an exclusivity in their country for 6 months. The exclusivity is final when the first re-order is confirmed within 6 months after the first initial container basis order is shipped out from China.

• About samples
  • We supply samples of our products one pc each item for free of charge to our customers, but samples freight should be paid by the customers. Tow options for sending the samples:
    • Option 1 - By courier freight collected, please offer us your courier account number. Since freight collected is much more expensive then freight prepaid, we suggest option 2;
    • Option 2 - Please pay the sample freight, we will send out the samples by air, by courier after the receipt of the samples freight;
  • Before sending out the samples, we will show out the pictures of the samples, after the receipt of the confirmation of samples pictures from customers, we then arrange to send out the samples.

• About orders
  • Please feel free making your inquires to us. Our sales team will offer you a professional advise on the details of our service. You can make your order by telephone, email, fax etc. However with a integral communication procedure, we will come back with your order with our sales confirmation sheet with all details indicated include photo of the products, color, material, packing, quantity, price, amount etc. The customer should sign or stamp on our sales confirmation sheet and fax or email back to us.
  • If you choose us as a sourcing agent in China, your orders will be processed in a transparent way, from sampling, production to delivery, we wil be your eyes and ears before your orders. Different reports during the process of your orders with detail digits, percentage, pre-evaluation, photos are already there for your viewing when you feel necessary at any time.

• About quality
  • We pay more effort in quality checking than manufactures. Manufactures will consider quality and cost balance, but we only consider one thing - the quality. With this principle, we set up a strict quality checking procedure in our supply chain.
  • Before production - We always send samples for customers approval before starting a production. We will produce triplicate samples, one is for the customer's approval, one is the standard sample for our quality checking, and one is a reference during producing.
  • Middle period quality checking - We know that the quality level is decide in the middle period of the production especially for hand made items. Many problems can be found and solved during this period. So during the middle production period, we will put more efforts into checking the quality and finding the problems before it becomes big. We will show detail pictures of the production from different angle with percentage of different quality level data for our customers reference. Customers can take a correct action according to these data.
  • Final quality checking - During the final period of the production, we will check the items, the packing, taking pictures from different angle, counting the percentage of different quality level. All these information will be passed to our customers for their final approval of shipping out.
  • Loading container - Our staff will inspect the loading of container when workers make the loading, make sure the workers handle the box gently, fill every space in the container with suitable size carton, counting the quantity which being loaded. Our staff will take the pictures from different angle during loading and then pass to our customers. Customers can also compare these pictures when he receive the goods in the warehouse.

• About logistic
  • We can export from any port in China to your warehouse. We can combine your order from different area in China into a container and then ship out from the most convenient port in China.  Also we can delivery the goods to your warehouse if the customers do not want to involve in too much work in logistic. All freight is transparent and clear, we will report three options with different freight for our customers' reference, and so they can decide which option is the best.
  • We can re-pack your goods with very cheap labor cost in our warehouse. We can understand that most of the international orders should be hundreds to thousands piece. However many suppliers prefer to full container orders which is very difficult for most of the buyers can buy. We can re-pack and combine your orders, palletize your orders and fill the container in our warehouse and then ship out from the most convenient port in China.

• About payment
  • Our payment terms is flexiable, basicly we offer different payment terms to different credit customers.
  • For the customer who is new to us, we offer two payment option:
    • Option 1: We need 30% deposit to start the production, balance payment should be effiected at the sight of full set shipping documents by fax sent by us;
    • Option 2: 100% invoice value of irrevocable letter of credit at sight and remain valid for negotiation in China within 21 days after the date of shipment;
  • For the customer who has a record of value US$100,000 orders in total in 2 years history, we offer them 100% payment at the sight of full set shipping documents by fax sent by us. No deposit needed. This condition can cover US$30,000 value invoice;
  • For the customer who has a record of value US$300,000 orders in total in 3 years history, we offer them 50% payment at the sight of full set shipping documents by fax sent by us, balance payment should be effected within two weeks after the receipt of the goods. This condition can cover US$60,000 value invoice;
  • For the customer who has a record of value US$600,000 orders in total in 3 years history, we offer them 100% payment within two weeks after the receipt of the goods. This condition can cover US$70,000 value invoice;
  • For the customer who has a record of value US$900,000 orders in total in 3 years history, we offer them 100% payment within 60 days after the receipt of the goods. This condition can cover US$80,000 value invoice.
