A useful wholesale brief separates quantities by design, size and finish. That makes it possible to review supplier minimums, packing requirements and the shipment as a complete purchasing program.

Three levels of order planning
Product level
MOQ depends on the product, material, finish and packaging setup. Request a minimum and price against each specification. Custom colors or new molds can change the requirement.
Carton level
Confirm units per carton, protective packing, labels, barcodes and carton markings. Retail packaging and private labels require artwork approval alongside product approval.
Shipment level
Review carton dimensions, total weight, pallet requirements and destination handling. Container quantities remain estimates until packing specifications are confirmed.
When can products be mixed?
Mixed assortments may be feasible when supplier minimums, production schedules and consolidation arrangements align. Share the complete assortment so we can review dependencies rather than assuming that every product can ship together.
Adding your own brand?
Provide label artwork, barcode data and packaging requirements early. Customization can affect MOQ, price, samples and approvals.
